The Store is open Mon-Sat 10-7!
This thrift store is focused on funding the missions of the Hosanna Institute of
the Sahel, in Niamey, Niger Africa.
Much of the work in Niger centers around "seeds."
Churches and a prison ministry designed to give the "seed of hope" to
people in desperate need.
A rice field, is established to provide food ("seed") for the
people and a little income to the ministry.
The wonderful Land Rover is a "seed" for the Mobile Health Clinic.
Two grinding machines, set up to bring relief to the village women so they can
grind their "seeds" without having to travel far.
The land that the government donated to H.I.S. is the first "seed" for
a school that will produce much seed in the future.
The land we purchased is a "seed" planted in a strategic place to reach
many people in the neighboring villages.
The bricks that have been given this year are each "seeds" that are
becoming a clinic in Kollo.
The goats are also "seeds", that keep babies alive during the most
critical time of their lives physically.
This mission, in Niger, West Africa, is a seed for all of Africa. We are
beginning here, but God is looking beyond, with a heart that is inclined toward
the people there. Longing to bring them to Himself.
And you are a seed for this mission. Each time you give, God increases it
to produce more. The Bible says "some 30, some 60 and some 100-fold." In Niger,
it is often 500-fold because a little goes so far in that country.
As you sow your seed for missions, we thank you for remembering this ministry.
We ask you to tell others and let the seed multiply. Especially now it is
important to identify people in the Tulsa area who will add their "seeds" to the
"seed" for the Thrift Store. That is a "seed" that will produce for years to
come. And that income will be a powerful "seed" for multiplying the kingdom of
God.
